In this situation I pay too much attention to the face and don’t look enough at the package so consequently got a pretty one but was not built like Jennifer Hawkins… The dude then says ‘Pick one more’ ..that drove the price to 4000 , I know that’s not cheap but I thought perhaps thats the going rate, being pretty green…now this is always been one of my favourite pastimes, just love being the meat in the sandwich..
I read somewhere always let the first girl pick as they will pick someone they will ‘get in to’ so to speak.. I have my doubts about this theory as it definitely didn’t work at Eden when this happened at a later date , there they yapped and giggled to each other and god knows what about, but I bet they weren’t saying how big my member was….

Any way here we are at Darling about to pick a second when I offer it to my first choice and in this instance her choice was good.. I had the feeling that I chose the looker and she chose the most experienced because I was not disappointed..
I am not big into décor and trimming etc but did notice the lobby and in general the place was a bit run down but that does not bother me if the service is good… better that the other way round!
The girls were polite and caring and led me to a room with a huge tub and bed.. I have seen here many conflicting reports on many venues so my suggestion is use these stories as a guide but dont shoot the messenger if you have a disappointing time at an establishment that someone else says is Da Bomb!

I’m not pissed off about people not liking the Eden Club - everyone’s tastes are different. If you’ve gone into the Eden Club at opening time without seeing a single girl you find attractive, then fair enough. What pisses me off is disinformation.
Eden do give refunds, and in a country where refunds are indeed hard to come by, that earns them a great deal of respect from me. I’m always curious when people bitch and moan about their Eden experience online, then admit that they didn’t actually ask for their money back at the time.
I’ve never heard of anyone requesting a refund and not getting one. You’re implying that you did ask for one, but without actually saying so, so I’m guessing you didn’t.
There will always be people that love and hate these venues - I had a complaint on my site today that Rainbow 4 is “too small” and has “too many girls”. But let’s keep the actual information accurate, eh?

My Eden experience was everything I thought it would be, and in saying that I wasn’t expecting much past a clinically setup threesome. They had some crazy porn on there tho, I forgot the room number but hell, it was defintely german hahahah. I’ve been to Eden once, last year and I did see 2 or 3 good-looking girls. I stayed upstairs for 90 minutes and came twice so I din’t have any reason to ask for a refund. I had greater expectations when I walked in, but don’t we all? I went to Darling twice, many years ago and I had a very good time there. You just have to be lucky with the girl of your choice. I’m coming back to Thailand next february and I will make sure to visit Darlings one more time and the Big Mango and many other places, thanks to all the reviews.

I went into Darlings once by myself about a year ago. I also experienced what you did when you first walk in. It was dingy and there wasn’t a girl in the bowl I found attractive so I walked out. I guess I should have given it another chance.

Went to Darlings a few times in my previous life in Bkk. Experienced my first soapy there - can’t remember what the girl looked like - dark with black hair, small tits and a tight pussy, I think, but do recall thinking I was in Heaven.
Been back a few times on visits, always had good service, only ever with one girl though. Totally agree with S’cock, a good attitude from the punter normally leads to a good attitiude from the girl. Also agree the decour leaves a bit to be desired, but as long as the room is clean, who cares?

I did NOT ask for a refund, I was being professional as I am in business myself and thought the right thing to do was let the management know that the service was poor.(stupid idea , trying to help someone run a better establishment) A credit was offered , nicely too , I might add… When I returned , I was polite and not at all demanding or pushy, but the rude arrogant prick in the ‘Shop’ was the one that made me feel like a crim trying to rob the store..
I do doubt seriously that even asking for a refund that they would fly across the bar to open the till for you and happily thrust the money back in your pocket.. They hope that human nature takes its course and people are reluctant to say on the spot that they think their service is a rip off. Thats the way ALL 100% money back Guarantee operations work. It seems that as long as you ‘blow’ their job is done. But the whole thing was very poor and I was just letting them know.. instead of taking the opportunity to try to rectify it , they made it worse by embarasing me as a begger off the street looking for a freebie..

I was in Frisco this week when the record was broken. Christ, waiting in line for an hour at Mama’s for some goddamn good breakfast vittles, it was all I could do to try and eavesdrop on a conversation that did not involve the homer. I’ve frequented Darlings quite a lot and of those give or take 5 trips, I’ve had one girl ask for more tip(than my usual 500baht). The decor has certainly gone down the hill a bit but I also found that the room quality ranges depending on which one you get(the lower the number the shittier it is, don’t know why). In any case, IMHO Darlings is a lot less dilapidated than Annies(on Soi4?). Both are doing quite badly in terms of decor(much like choosing between cancer or gonoreahh.)
With Eden, I’ve also found that the quality of experience has gone downhill. I recall my first trip(though, I doubt any subsequent trips will allow me to relive the excitement[its like chasing the dragon]),the girls were very enthusiastic. My recent visit to BKK allowed for two trips to Eden and both were just barely average(which isn’t saying much for this type of establishment). I’ve noticed there’s a consensus amongst experienced expats, most will agree that in terms of looks the Eden gals aren’t the best but the overall experience is suppose to be top notch. If the experience isn’t doing it for me that what exactly are they offering?

I think I was lucky with the room and girls…I agree Annie’s is very run down.. so I am tempted to stop while I am ahead.. with so much to offer elsewhere why not play the field…. I am ‘tossing’ up between Posieden or Colonze 2 .. any suggestions anybody?… Not worried about it being a little more expensive.. just want quality woman/women and a memorable service… for the right reasons of course..

My one and only trip to Huai Khwang,(the subway station/area, adjacent to all those expensive Massage Parlours) was to Posiedon. After hearing all the good experiences I had to give it a shot. Unfortunately, time was of the essence, as I was also with a girl at the time and leaving BKK shortly.
First a precursor/warning, If your in the Soi Nana area and trying to hail a taxi to get to Posiedon be weary. Most taxis might refuse service(I had 4 drivers tell me they didn’t know where it was) depending on the time of day(if traffic is bad, be prepared to shell out some extra dough to motivate these impatient drivers). I honestly think the best method is to just take the BTS to the MTS(subway) if you’ve got plenty of time.
With that being said, Massage Parlours(MP) like many venues(yes, Eden too) require good timing. Getting there too early, would mean you get the slim pickings of whatever meat shows up to work first. Get there too late and most of the prime meat are gone. My personal experience at Posiedon ended with me walking out twice. I had gone there(at approx. 1:30pm or so) just as they were opening and the Model(or Sideline) girls hadn’t arrived yet, I was told they arrive at 2pm. I stuck around the fishbowl and oogled(like the rowdy japanese crowd) at the few that were available(I wasn’t impressed). Left the place to find another MP that had some Sideline gals(wasn’t impressed by my options) and headed back to Poseidon at around 2:40pm, there were about 3 Sideline girls in the upstairs(supposedly more prestigious) lounge. Sideline or Models don’t stay behind a fishbowl, they are free to roam about and chat customers up. I wasn’t impressed so I left the second time. So again, timing is everything. If your lucky enough to get there at just the right time, I’m sure your options will range in a wider variety.
P.S- At the time of my visit, I had brought along a camera to take pictures of the surrounding areas. I was a bit concerned and didn’t want it taken away from me when visiting these venues but I was glad to hear that they had personal lockers for visitors to lock their items. A pretty good idea in my book!
P.P.S - Since this is a post about Darlings, I wanted to attach a question. I had a pretty good experience with a girl called, “Dream”. She had a nice little butterfly tattoo on her shoulder blade. It didn’t occur to me until after the session was over to ask about take-out options. As I was leaving, I checked with the papasan there and was told don’t bother as the price is too high(approx. 5000baht per day) I’m wondering if negotiations with the massage gal would lead to better pricing? Has anyone attempted to arrange an outside visit by these masseuses@Darling?

Colonze 2 is a lot cheaper than Poseidon. I would go between 5-6 if you can…bigger selection and the drunks have gotten drunk yet and bombarded the places. Sideline girls will come over and talk and you can always send them back. Helps you build a repore with them also before getting down to business.

Poseidon is only good if u are willing to spend the bucks and go models floor. Otherwise pass on it.
I think Colonze, the orignal, is much better than Colonze 2.
I think Victoria Secret is one of the best though.

I used to frequent Darlings on trips here in the mid 90’s and it was the place to go for farangs.
Most of the expat community here (as far as I can tell) had been there and two girls stood out, whisky and soda they called themselves number 104 and 105. They were not related but looked similar. Fantastic. But they were always busy. One customer took them both to an island (maybe samui) for a weeks holiday.
Back then price was the same, Bt4000 and this was pre-devaluation days!
