OK guys, stupid question, what does RCA stand for? I’d definitely like to check this out. The web site says ‘Block 4, RCA, Bangkok, Thailand.’ How do I get there and/or explain to the cab driver where I want to go?
That said, I’ve had many a brutal disappointment seeing my favorite electronic musicians/DJs live before. The most recent was when I shelled out big bucks and got all worked up over Wiley playing at the Knitting Factory in NYC. Bad sound, gear breaking, and Wiley was less than inspirational.

@tosh: RCA = Royal City Avenue. Set back from New Petchburi Road, almost opposite the junction with Phrom Pong. Every taxi driver in Bangkok will know “RCA” though, as will the motorbike taxis outside Petchburi MRT.

taxis know it as RCA. Then walk down the ave and look for 808. There are a bunch of clubs but it is just one street. fun place to explore.
808 should be a good spot - the only drawback with big events like this is they tend to be super crowded but if you get there and get a table it should not be too bad.
