You take an Ekkemai bus to Trat, grab a 100 baht van to the border, cross it, and then a $2 motorcy ride to Koh Kong (sleepy oeanfront town in Cambo). From there, after crashing a night, there's an 8 am, 4-hour boat to Sianoukville (maybe $20 now). BTW, there's a "chicken ranch" in KK (and I don't mean KFC). Not Koh Chang, Koh Kong.
