In UK, America, Thailand... Governments, Schools, Hospitals everything not just Nana Plaza. There seems to be a slow degradation of everything. We certainly don't open the books to our cleaning lady. Same here. He is not privy to any real information about the bar, just what the owner tells him. He doesn't do any ordering of booze or inventory/stock checks and he doesn't do payroll or have any view into overall expenses.
