PB's idea about the waterfront was something worth considering. Time to set up BKKs version of Singapore's Boat Quay. When Dave opened the Q-Bar down the end of soi 11 everyone thought it would flop. Nope, with great bar design, clean washroom, soap and towels!!!, QUALITY is the word I'm looking for. Anyhow, Nana Plaza is dying for sure. Land prices are rising which are passed on. Time for EVERYONE to move out and leap frog down Sukhumvit past Cowboy and 33 to where the rents are low. Having said that, I don't think Woodstock does much business in Thonglor Soi 13 - that was definitely a soi too far. Regarding new locations.
