(I haven't been in the renovated Apache... when I was there last it was topless, though) I don't make it my job to keep accurate track, so others may have more accurate updates on the nudity around the traps. Mandarin Club in NEP has girls dancing topless upstairs from about 9:00 nightly. All in all, Mandarin is starting to look a lot like Club Baccara with a more relaxed attitude.
