Go down asoke away from suk and towards petchburi. Go left on petchburi. Take your first left - the first one. You will see a standard open all night thai food joint and keep going. You will see the place - called dio. Like DJ says - downstairs is the Karaoke joint. Upstairs - but you have to walk through the karaoke joint to get there is the club. :) I am not sure the street numbers but this is how you get there.

Soi 45 is on the north side of Phetchaburi, whereas Dio's (per PMMP's description) would be on the south side of Phetchaburi.
