Late breaking news:
- Went to Boss Version 2.0 last night and it was HORRIBLE!!!!! The place is brand new and located by Pratunaam (just tell the Taxi - “Boss”). In fact, it is right across the street from what used to be the OA club which had a very short run in the After Hours world. OA is now being gutted.
Boss v2 is a much nicer club than it’s predecessor. There are two floors with the second floor stylishly overlooking the 1st floor. The sound system is LOUD, very LOUD.
Where Boss v2 dies is the crowd, it was 80% Farang Guys, 10% Fat Farang Girls, and 10% Thai Freelancers with a few Ladyboys sprinkled about. It was a nightmare last night. My friend and I both got stuck with shit in our drink. Some kind of packing straw. We left after 5 minutes. Spicy was great and then Lucky after that was also great.
Hopefully Boss 2 will continue to be where taxi’s take the young Farang guys that don’t know any better. So it does have a good side in that respect.
- In other news Mercury Go-Go in Nana Entertainment Plaza is for sale for 8 million plus 4 million baht to get a five year lease. A little pricey but I’m sure somebody will scoop it up.

Dude, I was there for 5 hours and show up ONCE in the background of a single picture. Meanwhile, you have dozens of pictures of girls in silver dresses who are uniformly sexy and gorgeous. You gotta get your priorities straight.

matty: you may need to press ctrl-R or the Reload button on your Browser. You can also Reload a given Photo Album if you think it’s old/stale. Browser and ISP caching of web pages can wreak havoc on what you see. Sometimes you can hit Reload and still get the old page because your ISP has the page cached for a day or two.

Gee, that’s a worry. Speaks volumes for my personality that nobody wanted to stay where I was.
You may or may not remember the two Dollhouse dancers (one in black & the other in white) who came in around 9 or 10 (one of them is an ex-Mango girl). I saw her (the ex-Mango girl) last night, and she said “I saw you at the party on Saturday but I didn’t think you remembered me, so I didn’t say hello.”
When I told her what she was wearing, who she was with, what time she came in and what she did, it convinced her that I DID remember her. She rewarded me by letting me buy her a drink.
BTW, the business of the picture of me sleeping on the stairs got two or three mentions on Saturday… each time it was met with exclamations of, “That was you!?” by everyone in hearing distance. Makes me realize just how popular your website is. I guess that was my 15 minutes….
