The Hello Kitty scheme was abandoned last Friday, according to NBC:

It seems there was a rebellion in the macho ranks, as well as outrage on Hello Kitty Web sites.

"You have to understand that it's embarrassing for our 30- to 40-year-old policemen to be made to wear this girly, pink armband," conceded police Maj. Weeraprach Wongrat, of the Crime Suppression Division, whose idea it was in the first place.

Wasn't that the entire point? The mind boggles.

robert - quite possible. g spot is full of them thanks to the lame ass crown group management.

I think it is tough to tell with a good post op job but many times they will not let u band the puss so that should be a sign. keep the lights on bud.

h - killing me. great call. ready to proofread for factual continuity.

าไฟรทฟรหฟิฟร - which by the way appears to not be an actual word -

supposedly it is for things like parking wrong, being late for work and so on. swindling farang out of money is par for the course and usually gets them a bonus.

What kind of trouble do the boys in the too tight brown uniforms have to get up to win a Hello Kitty armband? Refusing bribes for minor traffic violations? Failing to fine a tourist 2000 baht for littering?
