A week or so back laocowboy, distinguished blog reader and commenter, had mentioned meeting up for some drinks at the Duke. At first thought I was going to dismiss the notion, thinking nottfs2m.com could happen but we decided to go ahead with it.
Laocowboy suggested next Sunday - July 22 @ 5 p.m. So that is the plan. Some may think this is a shameless plug for the bar but to the contrary it is because the Duke is close to Patpong and we have wifi to allow the fine people attending the meetup to check their email at random intervals.

I will be wearing one of these - so should be easy to spot me. If anyone is coming and wants to buy a shirt just email so I can bring the right sizes with me.
We might make a point of having a meetup once a month, hangovers permitting, but will alternate between the Duke and the Mango given the taxi situation in Bangkok.

How about a meeting at Gulliver’s one evening - since it has raised so much interest.
I like Gulliver’s but I like the Beer Garden more. I have met some truly amazing girls there over the past 4 years.
