Was talking to a buddy the other day - he runs this site: http://www.thelandofsmiles.com/ about the current trend toward coyote dancing places. I think it is an overused term given some of the go gos are claiming to be Coyote dancing style places - Hollywood in Nana comes to mind. If the girls are hot it might work but given that in most go gos girls are half naked the appeal of Coyote dancing appears to dwindle…
There are a few bars I like in Pattaya - like Casino on Soi Diamond
that implement the policy quite well. Hot girls, skimpy but complete
outfits, kicking tunes, great dance moves and a fun atmosphere. Casino
appears to do quite well. However there seems to be a trend in Bangkok
for Coyote style bars catering to the Thais that are not member clubs.
For example places like Forte on RCA have Coyote style dancing but not
enough of it and being a member club it makes it harder just to roll in
and check it out.
So thought we would start a post listing some of the ones we have
heard about - see if we get any comments and hopefully people to add to
the list.
Fish - over near Lad Phrao. Caters to Thais, is non-member and I am told has some cuties. I have not been.
Pent - this is not The Pent(member club) on wireless road but
another one on Ekkamai. I have not been nor has anyone I know. Just
heard about it.
Da Vinci on Rama 9. This place looks huge and pretty cool. Almost
looks like a cross between a club and huge massage palour. It is not a
member club and supposedly has scores of Coyote dancers.
There must be more. Time for some research.

I recommend Florence on Srinakrin across from Moderndorm. Great girls & u don’t have to be a member. coyote downstairs & karaoke up. Bit far but worth the trek.

Modernform is on Srinakarindra Road. Opposite is a place called Jarin which is one of those places that provides most kinds of entertainment, food, music, karaoke, massage, sex etc. Be careful here, I hear this is not a safe place. Behind Jarin was Florence. A very ambitious nightclub / karaoke joint aimed at the younger Thai market. I think it folded already but along that stretch of road are some other entertainment places again aimed at the younger Thai market. They are well spaced out and some look quite dodgy. Fortunately I’m too old to be allowed entry at any of these places so i can only help you with the location.
Sukhumvit 77 (On Nut) intersects with Srinakarindra Road about 3 miles in. And if you really want to go native, you can always wonder around the next corner into Phatanakhan Road for some real Thai night fun.

My girlfriend (farang) and my Thai friends and I go to Florence all the time and I can assure you it is still alive and kicking. Large numbers of very pretty girls, great music, and friendly staff (Say hello to Sandi for me!). Look for the colorfully lit trees behind Jarin.

Take Petchaburi road out of the city, just past Ekkamai take the bridge that connects to Pattanakan road. Pattanakan will intersect with Srinakaran Road. Turn right and and go 2-3 km. You will see the places on the right and left hand sides of the road. My favorite out there is called The Sky. Straight up coyote bar, don’t have to be a member. Would recommend a girl named Grace there or a girl named Punch. Both are firecrackers and Grace speaks good English. If you want a total freak ask for a girl named Butter. Ask for P’Pink, a table manager, and she’ll take care of you.

Another coyote bar we enjoy is Mai Ekk on the Ekkamai-RamIntra byway, kinda near the intersection that takes you to Yes!Indeed club. MaiEkk is free entry, but they charge me B300 cover for Jennifer which includes a “complimentary” Slurpee-type drink. Besides the girls and the band we also enjoy the fact that they have hookahs—the reason we went there in the first place.
